We have determined the condo design for the building. Each condo will be 1500-1700 sq ft. and feature their own rear rooftop patio overlooking downtown Dayton. The building pictured below will only contain two condos compared to the previous three unit design. Below is our updated design and a picture of the rebuilt front chimneys.
